Question: Is it permissible to pray with ones shoes on?
Answer: Bismillah.
Praying with your shoes on is permissible as long as the shoes themselves are free from an excusable amount of filth. This equates to approximately 3-4g of solid filth or approximately 3-4cm in diameter of liquid filth.
It is best avoided, however, because praying in most shoes will not allow you to sit in accordance with the sunna comfortably — with the toes facing the qibla — and discomfort may cause distraction in the prayer.
