This course examines the relation between Hanafi schools and the development of curricula, authorship and changed authority based on the texts available to us. It is an attempt to shed light on the methodology of the jurists during the different eras of the Hanafi school, temporally and geographically; and a step to understanding the change in the concept of doctrine over its various stages. These lectures are not simply intended for historical identification or bibliographical narration, but as specialised discussion sessions for those who have previously studied Hanafi doctrine. *RECORDINGS ONLY*
These are a specialised set of lectures for students who have strong familiarity with Hanafi Sacred Law.
